My name is Perry James and I’m known to my clients and the Southwest Florida Real Estate Market as Perry the Property Manager, and I own Signal Property Management. Quite simply, I am one of the most trusted and experienced property managers in Southwest Florida. How do I know this?

I know this because I’ve also worked in real estate and property management in Southwest Florida since 1980. My career has also afforded me the opportunity to manage over four hundred properties at one time with Bluebill Properties and I have managed hundreds of properties successfully within my own business. I have also held a real estate broker’s license since 1986.
