Here’s why: the rental market in Southwest Florida is very, very tight, meaning that homes rent extremely fast! So fast, that the multiple listing service (MLS) has not had time to catch up in some cases. There is nothing more frustrating than hoping a home is available and finding out it is already rented. Additionally, and unfortunately, there are many rentals scams out there. Sadly, this is a real risk of going at it alone.

Leave the stress of finding the right place to us instead of perusing the Internet for hours at a time, hoping you find current property information or that you don’t get taken advantage of by less than trustworthy companies.

Many of our homes are listed on the MLS, but many are not listed by owner request. Also, there are many times we are informed in advance of available homes by our clients before it even gets listed on the MLS.
